The stars we see are located so far from Earth that their light takes a very long time to travel to us. If a star is 30 light-years away, it means that we see the light it produced 30 years ago. Some stars in our sky are 3 light-years away, while the distance to others is around 600 light-years (which means we now see the light from 1400s).

It’s a good thing newborn porcupines have soft quills. Can you imagine the horror of a mommy porcupine trying to push a breached baby porcupine with hard quills?

I like to learn and because I look back and read some of the comments I found out that Saturn is not a goddess but is a god and Cibeles is a goddess. Sometimes these quizzes, even when not always accurate at least pique my curiosity enough to seek out the correct answers...guess I'm learning either way
